Ingredients You’ll need for this Moroccan Chicken recipe

Ingredients :

For the Marinade:

  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon

For the Chicken:

  • 1 whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, ( sliced)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 preserved lemon ( thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup green or purple olives (pitted or whole )
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Step by step instructions:

1. Marinate the chicken

  • Combine all marinate ingredients in a large bowl
  • Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat evenly.
